Hon Speaker, I hereby give notice that I shall move on the next sitting day of this Hon. House as follows,

Noting that educators are our human capital, further noting that the 21^st March was Human Rights Day and that the Constitution of South Africa , in the Bill of Rights for our Religions, Languages, Education and Employment.

This Hon. House resolves to call on the Hon. MEC of Education to investigate:

1. Why Eastern Language teachers, some who served for about 30 years were given a letter of termination of services with not even a thank you or recognition for services rendered.
2. With the financial term upon us, why the salary of Eastern Language teachers is constantly four months in arrears.
