1. Thank you, HON. Speaker. I believe that tough times call for the adoption and implementation of lean and clean or Kaizen management.
2. I suggest that every department must be work-shopped on this type of strategic management and this should be spearheaded by the HON. MEC of Finance.
3. With these words, the Minority Front supports the adoption of the KZN Finance Portfolio Committee’s recommendations and therefore supports the negotiating mandate to the NCOP of this DORA Bill 2017.
