1. The Minority Front welcomes and supports this Bill with the concerns I raised on certain clauses(8) (3) (c) and 2.7 clause 7 and 2.9 clause 9.
2. The Minority Front supports this progressive Bill in-principle but upon submission to the Provincial State law Advisor and Provincial Treasury, we would like to see the tightening of these, so that, there is clear time-bound clauses and greater transparency with powers given to the HON. MEC before it finally becomes the property of the KZN Legislature.
