The Minority Front is cognisant of the fact that this Bill should have been concluded in the last term of this Legislature when Umzimkhulu became a part of KZN, therefore for harmonisation and juristic inclusion of this area, the Minority Front supports this KZN Umzimkhulu Alignment of Laws Bill, 2015.
3. I want to thank the hard working local government officials for completing this technical task, the HON. MEC and Chair and members of the committee.
4. With no written submissions received, means the people have finally accepted being part of KZN and the Minority Front supports this Bill.
