Magdalene Moonsamy – Traitor to Indian Minorities
Only a traitor to minorities will accept hogwash like articulated by Julius Malema at the EFF’s 2016 Local Government Election manifesto Launch last weekend.
While there is a growing trend that calls for the preservation of minorities rights and minorities commissions to be set up in developing democracies; and while the UN High Commission for Human Rights is putting on pressure on its affiliates to advance programmes that cater for minority groups, Magdalene Moonsamy, being of a minority race group herself, took to a standing ovation when Julius Malema openly insulted minority groups, promoted racial intolerance and insinuated violence against the IEC and state security.
Maybe her plumb pay packet as a national MP is threatened if she goes against the tide but whatever her “thirty pieces of silver” might be there is no excuse for being lip-zipped when the future of your own kind is under siege. In plain terms she is a traitor to all born-frees.
As for Malema, for arraigning the IEC of fixing election results and threatening ferocity against it, the strongest sanctions must be imposed. His vehemence endorsing party must be disband and disallowed from participating in the forthcoming elections.
