Hon Speaker, I shall move as follows,

Noting the need for reliable performance indicators for M&E in all departments,

Further noting, the newly appointed strategic planners to facilitate technical assessment of departments and entities, as well as, the concern of critical post vacancies in DHMIS,

This Hon House resolves to call on the Hon. Premier to prioritise the filling of critical posts eg. DHMIS data-capturers, as a matter of urgency to strengthen accountability, with a report back to this Hon. House.
