Minority Front Motion: Crisis in  Crematorium facilities

Madam Speaker,

I shall move on the next sitting day as follows,

Noting that, bodies are unable to be cremated due to the broken equipment in the Mobeni Heights and Verulam crematoriums,

Further noting, the indignity in death, with dead bodies waiting in queues to be cremated affecting certain faith based rituals, customs and traditions,

This HON. House resolves to call on the HON MEC of Local Government to immediately rectify the crematoriums crisis or allow private crematoriums to be built and to take over Verulam and Mobeni heights facilities.
