Hon Speaker, on the next sitting day of this Hon. House I shall move as follows,

Noting that, the National Department of Health is planning to experiment with a social chat, cell-phone application to take health to the youth;

Further noting that, the risks of how this may influence the behaviour of patients, based on advice given or may be used as a substitute for obtaining medical advice from a face to face consultation;

This Hon House resolves to robustly debate the pros and cons, with the aim of formulating an e-Health care policy for the department.
