Hon Speaker, on the next sitting day of this Hon. House I shall move as follows,

Noting that, a science-based logic model could inform more effective early childhood policies and programs.

Further noting that; the department of Social Development has funded ECD policy formulation for the past four year with no finalisation, This Hon. House resolves to call on the Hon. MEC, to intervene and finalise an ECD policy focusing on two-generational outcomes for vulnerable care-givers and children or the price of not aiming high will be scientifically indefensible, economically exorbitant and morally prohibitive.
