Noting that, the recent social cohesion conversation at the ICC to unite business people for the benefit of Ethekwini’s economy revealed various hindrances such as the need for greater cultural mix,

Further noting that, a cultural mix in business joint ventures would foster collective empowerment to spur growth and prosperity in our dual economy,

This Hon. House calls on the HON. MEC for Economic Development to ensure that SMME Business Incubator Programmes includes coaching in cultural  diversity management.
