Hon Speaker, I shall move as follows,

Noting that, plans initiated to curtail job losses and rehabilitate the local clothing and textile industry,

Further noting that, the establishment of domestic manufacturers Special Economic Zones (SEZs), incentive programmes, Fashion Clusters and Councils,

This Hon. House resolves to call on the Hon. MEC Zikalala to give an executive statement on this 2007 Plan, detailing the Terms of Reference of the new MOU between Shanghai and KZN, the cost-benefit analysis and the absorption and role of the 30 students upon qualification in the KZN Projects.
