Hon Speaker, on the next sitting day of this Hon. House I move as follows,

Noting that Government’s major work; lies between departments and Parliament, for the formulation and implementation of Laws, Policies and Programs; with budgets,

Further noting that; there must be budget emphasis on research and development in all departments,

This Hon. House resolves to call on the Hon. Premier, to ensure that there is a mandatory two year review on all Provincial Laws, Policies and Programs, with a report to this Hon. House.
