Madam Speaker, I give notice that I shall move on the next sitting day of this HON.House as follows

Noting that NGO’s in KZN, are visible and the voice of the people,

Further Noting that, the 6% increase given by Treasury to NGO’s via social Development was budgeted for and welcomed,

This HON. House calls on the HON.  MEC for Social Development to give this baseline increase to NGO’s which is long overdue and embark on a review of common resource distribution of NGO’s and the Department, with a gap analysis of the types of NGO’s now required.
