Honourable Speaker, I will move the following motion on the next sitting day, Noting that the Affirmative Action Policy had a 2014 sunset clause, Further nothing, this policy was critical in 1994 but 2024 will mark 30 years and we are already witnessing the collapse of municipalities and government departments.
This Honourable House must debate the scrapping of this race–based discriminatory policy which is similar to apartheid and excludes Indians most, based on the 2% oppressive quota for jobs, universities, businesses, housing and other opportunities, in contravention to the United Nations guidelines protecting minorities.
