1. HON. Speaker and Members, the Minority Front supports the KZN Adjustments Appropriation Bill 2017, noting that adjustments are made according to our current situation, hence this needs targeted strategy, I hope this is discussed at tomorrow’s cabinet session.
2. HON. Members this takes talented political leadership to engage on pivot points that can multiply the effectiveness of effort with concentrated resources, so that, the final targets of our departments are achieved, without over-spending.
3. HON. MEC of Finance, for these adjustments to be justified, monitoring a dashboard only on Appropriations voted and report on these next year.
