1.HON. Members, Christmas is fair, I have the same time as the majority party, the Minority front welcomes the Integrated Law Enforcement Festive Season Safety Plan, as per the HON. MEC Kaunda, in view of the ± 2715 road accidents during the course of 2016/2017.
2.HON. Premier and Speakers, the Minority Front also welcomes the report on the Parkside Residence renovations because Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year for both Christians and non-Christians.
3.HON. Premier, government assets are people’s assets as you stated and I propose that every Christmas we light up a KZN Christmas tree at Parkside, where everyone can gather for the Premier’s Christmas address.
4.On the loss of lives on our roads since the beginning of December, I want to express our condolences to the families: their loss is ours.
5.On Christmas day, we celebrate the birth and life of a prince of faith, love, family and people welfare, hence as public representatives we are inspired to continue serving all our people and thank all NGOs who protect the ideal of love all, serve all.
6.I thank our Legislature staff for their dedication and helpfulness, making our work easier daily.
7.On behalf of the Minority Front, I wish all HON. Members well as they celebrate and do duty over the festive period.
