1.This Bill removes all discriminatory aspects of the Bill, hence the Minority Front supports this Bill, acknowledging that progressive Bills, post democracy needs to improve legislation with respect to equality and equity.

2.We also welcome that there is no gender pay gap between men or women who do the same job in public jobs in SA. This is a remarkable Bill for all these reasons.

3.The Minority Front supports the KZN Joint Municipal Pension Fund (Superannuation) Bill, 2016.
