1. Hon. Speaker, The MF by party policy of co- operative, co-existence, always supports every budget, as a whole, whilst we make recommendations during each budget vote, on areas of concern. This is progressive politics.
2. Hon. MEC’s, The MF has supported the Appropriation Bill, during the 2019/2020 financial year, the MF will use every means possible of motions, debates, questions and other correspondence to monitor spending patterns within departments and the performance against targets.
3. Of concerns remains the contingency reserve in Treasury, given the already burdened taxpayer and ratepayer, so departments need to increase revenue collection from all citizens.
4. The MF supports the 2019/2020 Appropriation Bill.
