Hon Speaker, I hereby give notice that I shall move on the next sitting day of this Hon. House as follows,

Noting that KZN’s workplace is rapidly transforming to meet various challenges,

Further noting that, there is a need for a training and development policy, unique to the objectives and core functions of departments; with a detailed annual training plan to be implemented over a specific period,

This Hon. House calls on all MECs to initiate this, so that performance of departments can be properly audited.
