Noting that the Department of Economic Development is partnering to develop a protocol allowing municipalities to submit unsolicited waste to energy technology bids,

Further noting that, COGTA should monitor waste streams,

This Hon. House calls on our Hon MEC of Local Government to look at various ways in which the recycling industry can be supported and incentivised for growth and job creation.
