Hon Speaker, I shall move as follows,

Noting that, the MF is serious about the social housing programme which has to be a true reflection of the people’s housing process,

Further noting that, there is direct link based on peer reviewed research that certain health conditions are created and or exacerbated by poor housing conditions or homelessness,

This Hon. House calls on the HON MEC for Human Settlements to contribute effectively in reducing communicable diseases by prioritising housing on medical grounds.
