Hon Speaker, I shall move on the next sitting day as follows,

Noting that, South Africa needs to achieve a better patient safety record,

Further Noting that, amongst four tiers for strategy improvement, one would be to raise performance standards and such expectations through the actions of hospital board oversight,

This Hon. House resolves to call on the Hon. MEC Dhlomo to review the guidelines in establishing heterogenous hospital boards with the correct skills of committed members to improve patient safety practices.
