Further noting, the response of the Chatsworth police; firing rubber bullets at concerned citizens, above the waist. Similarly allegations by Julius Malema EFF Leader that majority of Indians are racist and most Indian employer’s ill- treat workers,

This HON. House calls on the HON. Premier to produce the Chatsworth enquiry outcomes into police brute force usage and escalate to National, an ethics enquiry into the racist behavior of Julius Malema, which is destabilizing KZN.
