Hon Speaker, I hereby give notice that I shall move on the next sitting day of this Hon. House as follows,

Noting with concern that the quota for minorities this year has decreased at the Nelson Mandela Medical School to 35%, further disenfranchising minorities, in view of scarce skills in KZN such as General Practitioners.

The MF calls for the intervention by the Department of Higher Education to allow for interested persons to build a private medical school in KZN.
