Noting the collective provincial training investment over the last 20 years, for workshops and conferences with unauditable skills transfer,

Further noting, advances in cost effective, convenient training programmes and skills transfer systems, such as online and onsite training,

This Hon House calls on the Hon. Premier to review the roles of senior managers, to be the drivers of formal in-house training as part of their core function and act as assessors, coaches and mentors, which would strengthen governments M&E policy.
