Madam Speaker, I shall move on the next sitting day of this Honourable House as follows;

Noting that ,the role of Non-government organisations has changed since democracy;

Further noting; in view of government’s financial and other constraints much can be done to foster steady development of crucial Ngo’s;

This HON. House, calls on each department to identify the gaps existing for the formation of relevant NGO’s , which would create jobs and assist government.
