Hon Speaker, I shall move as follows,

Noting that, an Australian study found that children living near cellphone towers which emit similar radiation to broadcast towers, developed leukemia at three times the rate of children living kilometres away. This is confirmed by a German study,

Further noting that, at a Chatsworth school, Atlas Towers built a cellphone tower without an appeals process being held, whilst the Ethekwini Municipality contends it needs time to setup and train its appeal committee,

This Hon. House resolves to call on the Hon. MEC Dube-Ncube to investigate this matter and report on such policies.
